I think it was at the age of seven or eight when I first listened to Joy Division, because my older brother was a fan of New Order and Joy Division. At that time I enjoyed this music on a really often played Mono ORWO Tape that was recorded in the late 80’s. Love will tear us apart was the first song I remembered listening and I liked it and never forgot. Many years later I bought Joy Division’s first record Unknown Pleasures with the cover made by Peter Saville that shows the radio waves of a pulsar. Fascinated by this very reduced artwork for about 15 years when I first saw this illustration, I made a tribute today.
